CBS Buys Adult Siblings Comedy From Linda Figueiredo, Johnny Galecki & Brian Kelley
CBS is developing Bait & Tackle, a multi-camera comedy from Stuck In the Middle co-creator/executive producer Linda Figueiredo, musician Brian Kelley, Johnny Galecki’s Alcide Bava Productions and Warner Bros. TV where Alcide Bava is based.
Galecki is executive producing Bait & Tackle alongside Alcide Bava’s new VP, Holly Brown. She replaced Andrew Haas.
Written/executive produced by Figueiredo, Bait & Tackle revolves around three adult siblings who must step up to run the family business—a small town bait & tackle shop—when the family patriarch retires.
While it’s been open for a while now, Brian and Tyler never officially opened up their Nashville compound with Tree Vibez Music, Tribe Kelley, and meet+greet). Find out more about these ventures here.
On October 23, Tyler and Hayley attended the 2018 Inspire Event, put together by The Onsite Foundation.
Our purpose at The Onsite Foundation is to provide scholarship grants to aid individuals who are looking to attend a personal growth program at Onsite, which provides therapeutic and personal growth workshops and intensives that address core, underlying issues that keep individuals, couples and families stuck in dysfunctional patterns.
The series featured intimate performances with songwriting talent taking turns telling the stories behind their hit songs and performing them as originally written. Ernest K., RaeLynn, Canaan Smith, Corey Crowder and HARDY joined Florida Georgia Line for this event.
Prior to the performance, the songwriters partnered with the CMA Foundation and CMA Songwriters Series presenting sponsor U.S. Bank to visit with students from Harmony Project, an organization that provides comprehensive, tuition-free music education and social support, serving 3,500 youth across Los Angeles, Southern California and beyond.
